Personal Lifting is a customized health and wellness service where an expert in exercise prescription and instruction works with you one-on-one to guide you towards your goals. Using the information detailed in your 2-part personal Lifting Assessment & Plan, our trainers will create engaging, effective, and safe programs. We will also keep you on track with honest feedback, sincere encouragement, and ongoing reassessment.
Each Personal Lifting session includes 50 minutes of one-on-one resistance exercise targeting muscle strength, hypertrophy, endurance, and power. With a Barbelle Instructor focused on your goals and your safety, you will be on the right path towards better physical and mental health.
The Lifting Assessment & Plan consists of two sessions: the first is the Assessment which includes a full assessment of four essential movement skills and three exercise adaptations including Strength, Power, and Muscular Endurance. The second session includes a full outline of your resistance training plan including age-specific comparative data, goal specific targets, parameters for progression, and education for injury prevention.
